What are the operating techniques of automatic spray guns?

Automatic spray gun is a kind of equipment that uses liquid or compressed air to quickly release as power. It is mainly used to spray various paints. Today, what we want to share with you is the operation skills of the automatic spray gun.
1. Clean compressed air
Air purification system can be used to achieve clean air. Since the pressure in the air hose and the regulator has decreased, the pressure at the air inlet of the automatic spray gun must be detected and adjusted. 2. Sufficient air
Compressors with sufficient gas production and gas storage tanks with suitable capacity. The diameter of the compressed air pipe is the key to obtain a sufficient amount of compressed air. In particular, the inner diameter of the compressed air hose should be at least 8 mm, so as to avoid too much pressure drop. Special paint spray hoses with antistatic, thin material resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and pressure resistance should be used.
3. How to adjust the spraying air pressure
(1) Rotate the spray air pressure adjustment knob clockwise to reduce the spray air pressure and obtain the maximum atomization effect.
(2) Rotate the spraying air pressure adjustment knob counterclockwise to increase the spraying air pressure and obtain the minimum atomization effect.
4. How to adjust the paint flow
(1) Rotate the paint flow adjustment knob counterclockwise to increase the stroke of the needle, thereby increasing the paint flow.
(2) Turn the paint flow adjustment knob clockwise to reduce the stroke of the gun needle, thereby reducing the paint flow.
5. How to adjust the spray rate (fan surface)
(1) Rotate the spray adjustment knob counterclockwise to increase the spray amplitude.
(2) Rotate the spray adjustment knob clockwise to reduce the spray size.
